Meet the Co-Founder

Tameka L. Hale is the Founder and CEO of Memorable Care, a family-owned and operated concierge non-medical home care company rooted in compassion, consistency, and dignity.

Her caregiving journey began with her own family. After her mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease at age 66, Tameka became one of her primary caregivers, navigating the emotional and practical challenges that so many families face. In 2023, her father suffered a hemorrhagic stroke, requiring total care, further deepening her hands-on experience and understanding of complex caregiving needs.

What she encountered along the way were unanswered questions, gaps in support, and a need for more personalized, compassionate care. Memorable Care was created to fill that gap.

Tameka also serves as a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association Cleveland Chapter. She is a dedicated Public Policy and Health Equity Advocate, working to ensure families have access to quality care and critical resources.

Her mission is simple: to provide the kind of care she would want for her own family.

Meet the Co-Founder

At Memorable Care, compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do. I am a dedicated nurse with over 10 years of experience in elderly care.

Healthcare has been my passion since childhood, but memory care has been near and dear to my heart since caring for my grandmother, who was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s.

My goal is to ensure that every client feels safe, respected, and valued while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
